Voyant Beauty has named Brad Schechtman the company’s new chief financial officer (CFO).

Schechtman replaces Bill Saracco, who plans to retire at year’s end.

Schechtman will join the executive leadership team and report to Voyant CEO Ed Byczynski. Among other priorities, he will be readying the company for its next phase of growth.

He brings two decades of financial experience in several manufacturing industries. Most recently, Brad served as CFO of Covercraft Industries, an automotive accessories manufacturer. Prior to Covercraft, Schechtman served as CFO to Voyant’s current CEO when both held senior positions at Duraco. Ed Byczynski became Voyant’s CEO in October.

The company says this familiarity and previous collaboration are added benefits.

“We sought a CFO with innovative financial vision, proven leadership skills, and the expertise to drive our aggressive growth plans. In Brad, we found the perfect blend to support our future expansion. I’m excited to welcome him to our team and leverage his financial acumen,” said Ed Byczynski, Voyant CEO. “We have an aggressive transformational growth agenda, and I know that having Brad on our team will help us deliver that plan for our stakeholders.”
