WFFC To Host NJ Educational Seminar on March 26

Open to both members and guests, the program unites executives, founders, consultants, marketers and educators to share real-world lessons and fresh perspectives.

Women in Flavor and Fragrance Commerce (WFFC) will present its 2026 Educational Seminar titled, “Catalysts for Change: Advancing Tomorrow’s F&F Industry Innovators,” on Thursday, March 26, 2026 from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm at Hilton Hasbrouck Heights, NJ.

The annual seminar, hosted by the WFFC New Jersey Chapter, is designed to equip the next generation of industry leaders with the tools, insights and inspiration needed to seize opportunities and thrive in an evolving flavor and fragrance (F&F) landscape.

Open to both members and guests, the program unites executives, founders, consultants, marketers and educators to share real-world lessons and fresh perspectives.

Event Highlights

Keynote Sessions on Personal and Professional Growth: Topics such as unshakeable self-assurance and navigating career transitions will be presented by seasoned leaders like Suzanne C. Johnson, vice president R&D, NA Consumer, McCormick & Co., Inc., and Mark Knitowski, fragrance consultant and brand builder.

Entrepreneurial Insights: Mindy Yang, founder & owner, Perfumarie, will share her journey in building and sustaining a successful brand in the F&F space.

Brand Platform Strategies: Jillian Hermanowicz, chief marketing officer, Vibrant Ingredients, will discuss transforming legacy brands to meet tomorrow’s market demands.

Dynamic Panel Discussions: An engaging session on entrepreneurship featuring industry innovators including Emily Bond, cofounder, CEO, Lotus Bridge Strategic Partners); Ilina Luthra (founder, Roster Radio; and Amy Marks-McGee, founder, Trendincite; will be moderated by Marie Wright, cofounder, Mystic Flavours).

Another panel dedicated to community building and the essential role of mentorship in nurturing industry talent featuring Ildiko Juhasz, associate professor, Fashion Institute of Technology; Neha Okhade, perfumer, Agilex Fragrances; and Beverly J. Tepper, Ph.D., professor, Rutgers University will be moderated by Jenna Troyli, cofounder, Noted.

A Networking Lunch, hosted by NJ Chapter President Natasha Reed and Marie Wright, will foster connection, collaboration and conversation among attendees.

Admission for WFFC members and subscribers is $185; and $200 for non-members and guests.
