US Patent No. 11,730,682 B2 (Toshifumi Shiroya, Anne Laure Bernard, Christophe Dumousseaux); L'Oréal, Paris has patented a process for controlling perspiration and/or odors on the skin. That process comprises adhering onto the skin a cosmetic sheet that contains a film comprising at least one biocompatible and/or biodegradable hydrophobic polymer layer comprising at least one cationic polymer, at least one anionic polymer, and at least one anti-perspirant agent and/or deodorant agent, and at least one water-soluble substrate. The method entails removing the water-soluble substrate. The film has a thickness ranging from 80 nm to 150 nm.
