L'Oréal has officially been crowned the world’s favorite beauty brand in recent reports. New research has revealed the most searched cosmetic brands around the world, with people searching for L'Oréal more than any other brand. 

Searches have been analyzed in 108 countries, with L'Oréal being most popular in 25 countries and across three continents. 

Key findings from the research are: 

• L'Oréal has been crowned the most popular beauty brand in Asia, Europe and South America. 
• Affordable brand CoverGirl takes second place, most popular in 10 countries and in two continents - North America and Australia & Oceania. 
•  Maybelline and NYX take joint third place, both most popular in six countries around the world. 

In the US, KKW Beauty takes the crown of the most popular brand with people all over the country searching for the brand more than any other. Previous research by Tajmeeli showed Maybelline to be the top beauty brand in the US when looking at the favorites state by state. However, when looking at national search results, KKW Beauty, though not popular among individual states came out top overall.
