In early November, middle-market private equity firm Gryphon Investors signed a deal to acquire Revision Skincare. CEO Maria Carell talked to Happi about this deal and what it means across Revision Skincare's major franchises like Intellishade, DEJ and Nectifirm as well as its fast-growng contract manufacturing operation, Goodier Cosmetics.
 
We also discussed dermfluencers, TikTok and what’s to come in physician-dispensed skin care as we move into 2022.
