Procedure

Weigh deionized water and Benecel K200M HPMC into a mixing vessel and mix at room temperature until homogenous. A vortex should be established from top to bottom of the mixing vessel, at all times throughout the preparation when mixing. Add Captivates A009 encapsulates into the vessel and mix until a homogenous dispersion is formed. Do not over mix. For phase B, weigh the ingredients into a separate vessel. Mix after each addition until homogenous. Add phase B to phase A with vigorous mixing until homogenous. For phase C, weigh Biosoft D-62LT surfactant into a separate vessel followed by Steol CS-370 surfactant and pre-mix. Add phase C with mixing to Phases A and B. Add Liquitint Blue HB colorant and mix until uniform in color. Adjust the pH to 7.5-8.0 and add the balance of the deionized water to complete the batch preparation.
