In main vessel, combine phase A ingredients together and begin propeller mixing. Once uniform, add phase B dropwise to the mixture while continuing propeller mixing. In side vessel, combine phase C and mix until uniform. Add phase C to phase AB under propeller mixing and allow to become homogeneous. Once uniform, neutralize the pH with phase D until reaching the desired viscosity. Add phase E and mix until uniform. Transfer to suitable holding vessel.
pH—6.5 to 7.5; Viscosity—spindle #3 @ 5.0 rpm = 15,000 to 20,000 cst.
