Awards will be presented during HCPA’s annual meeting in December at the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa in Fort Lauderdale.

Nominations for the Household and Commercial Products Association’s (HCPA) Innovation Awards, Allderdice Award and Next Gen Scholarship are now open.
Awards will be presented during HCPA’s annual meeting on Dec.8 – 11 at the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
The 6th Annual HCPA Innovation Awards will be presented by the Sustainability and Product Stewardship Council during the annual meeting. Members of the household and commercial products industry will be recognized for their accomplishments in product innovation and sustainability. By recognizing these accomplishments, HCPA aims to support leadership in developing the next generation of products and promote innovations that help the industry transition to a more environmentally and socially sustainable economy.
Companies may submit nominations in five award categories, which will be evaluated by the board of HCPA’s Sustainability and Product Stewardship Council (SPSC).
Winners will be announced during the general session on Monday, Dec. 9. All applications must be submitted by to Allie Hayes by Friday, Sept. 27 and winners will be notified by Friday, Oct. 25.

The Charles E. Allderdice Jr. Memorial Award is presented annually to an individual who has made exceptional contributions to HCPA and the household and commercial products industry.
Nominees must be an employee of a member company with a minimum of five years in the industry. This award will be presented on Monday, Dec. 9 during the general session. All nominations must be submitted to Allie Hayes by Friday, Sept. 27.
Award criteria for the Next Gen Scholarship (formerly the Emerging Professional Executive Scholarship) are as follows:
Full-time employee of a member company;Must be in the earlier stages of your career (under 40) or new to the industry;One winner per company;Cannot be a recipient of the 2024 scholarship; andCannot be combined with any other registration promotion.
Award benefits include:
Complimentary registration for the 2024 HCPA Annual Meeting, including three nights at the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa; and
Complimentary registration for any other HCPA events, webinars, or workshops in 2025, including the Mid-Year Meeting.
