ACC Highlights Keynote Speaker Doug Troutman for GlobalChem

The Global Chemical Regulations Conference & Exhibition (GlobalChem) 2026 will feature Doug Troutman, assistant administrator for the US Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention (OCSPP), to deliver a keynote address. Assistant Administrator Troutman’s keynote speech on Monday, Feb. 23 will kick off GlobalChem’s annual program and discussions focused on domestic and international chemicals management policy. 

“We are pleased and honored to welcome Assistant Administrator Troutman as a keynote speaker at GlobalChem 2026,” said Chris Jahn, ACC’s president & CEO. “Doug’s leadership at OCSPP comes at a critical moment for our industry as EPA carries out its responsibilities under TSCA.  GlobalChem provides an important forum for constructive engagement, and we appreciate Assistant Administrator Troutman’s willingness to share his perspectives and participate in this dialogue.” 

GlobalChem will be held in Washington, D.C., at the Omni Shoreham Hotel, beginning with an opening reception on Sunday evening, Feb. 22, and two full conference days on Monday, February 23 and Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2026.  

GlobalChem’s 2026 conference agenda will focus on federal chemical management, including the EPA’s ongoing implementation of TSCA, regulatory reform, FDA regulatory activity, the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI), trade activities and more.
