Jojoba Desert Appoints Roni Rot CEO

Jojoba Desert has named Roni Rot its new CEO. 

 

Rot succeeds Lee Reuveni, who has served in the role since 2017.

 

As CEO, Reuveni had successfully implemented a long-term strategy of growth, forming Jojoba Desert as a specialty ingredient company, with a high standard research system that offers a diverse range of high-quality products and a strong global structure to ensure fast and stable supply year-round. Today, Jojoba Desert holds more than 10 globally-recognized certifications that demonstrate its commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, sustainability and industry best practices. 

 

Rot brings a wealth of commercial, agricultural, and sustainability experience to the position.

He has been a company board member since its establishment more than 30 years ago and has a deep understanding of Jojoba Desert's activity, long-term strategy and the global cosmetics market.
