Jeremy Allen White’s Golden Globe for best actor in a comedy television series wasn’t his only win for the night. It was his hair.

Thanks to celebrity groomer KC Fee, White’s tousled look also stole the show—his lived-in, effortless hairstyle he owes to the styling products of American Crew.

“For Jeremy’s Golden Globe look this year, I wanted the hair to look more lived-in and effortless rather than a more structured, sleek tuxedo Golden Globe look, which also suits Jeremy’s personality well,” said Fee.

How to Achieve the Look

American Crew Light Hold Styling Gel.
To begin, Fee prepped White’s hair to create a foundation for the rest of the styling products. On towel-dried hair, he took American Crew Light Hold Styling Gel and ran it through the whole head of hair to build thickness and shine.

With a blow dryer, Fee diffused the hair while scrunching up the curls, giving them definition. When his hair was about 75% dry, Fee used American Crew Firm Hold Styling Cream to create extra hold and control, working it into the curls and continuing to enhance the curls with the diffuser.

Once the hair was completely dry and presented with a lived-in, textured look, Fee took a dime-sized amount of American Crew Defining Paste and rubbed it between his palms to activate, and pressed the product into each curl for added texture and increased definition.

To finish off the look, Fee spritzed American Crew Alternator Finishing Spray into White’s hair to enhance the natural look and provide shine and hold for the remainder of the evening.
