ASTM International: tapped Richard P. Rosati, vice president of governmental affairs and industry standards at Bureau Veritas in Buffalo, NY, as chairman of Committee F15 on Consumer Products. Rosati has been a member of ASTM since 2002. Rosati has been with Bureau Veritas since 2000 having previously served as a senior loss consultant for Kemper Insurance Companies. A graduate of State University College at Buffalo, Rosati holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology. He also holds an MBA in international business from St. Bonaventure University. Rosati is a member of the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association, the International Consumer Products Health and Safety Organization and is active in industry organizations.
