The Paper Beats Plastic campaign can be found across the greater Los Angeles area to further promote its new Oceanly Makeup Collection that launched in May 2023.

Attitude’s Oceanly Makeup Collection is reportedly the world’s first line of solid, 100% plastic-free, entirely Environmental Working Group (EWG) verified makeup created with natural formulas. The collection is single handedly defining new sky-high standards for efficacy and sustainability in the cosmetics industry. The collection is housed in 100% FSC-certified biodegradable cardboard sourced from responsibly managed forests and has soy-based ink and vegetable-derived coating, making this collection a true innovation.

Consumers will find the brand on super/electronic billboards, sidewalk decals and posters, all created out of recycled paper, throughout areas like Santa Monica, West Hollywood, Venice, and Abbot Kinney Boulevard. The brand will also have the Paper Beats Plastic Campaign going live across social media channels including TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

In addition to the on the ground campaign, Attitude will be present at EWG’s 2023 CleanCon, held at City Market Social House on September 23. Guests are welcome to attend the event to experience a multitude of speakers and brand presentations including Attitude’s Oceanly Makeup.

“In today’s environmentally conscious world, the quest for sustainable packaging solutions has never been more critical,” said JF Bernier, cofounder & CEO at Attitude. “At Attitude, we wanted to offer the perfect solution, backed by science, ingredients of natural origin, and environmentally friendly packaging. [The line is] called Oceanly because it’s made up of ingredients from the sea and our primary motivation is to act against plastic pollution in the oceans. We are so excited to be bringing our ‘Paper Beats Plastic’ campaign to the oceanside neighborhoods of Los Angeles.”

Attitude’s Oceanly Makeup Collection ($20-$35), as well as additional product offerings, can be found on attitudeliving.com and Amazon.
