BQG Hair Brand Aquage Participates in Beach Clean Up at Boccuzzi Park

BQG hair brand Aquage participated in the Beach Clean Up at Boccuzzi Park in Samford, CT during Earth Month.

 

Hosted by SoundWaters, an organization committed to protecting the Long Island Sound through education and action, monthly cleanups are executed throughout Connecticut in an effort to remove human debris left behind in the water and on the coast.

 

On April 25, Aquage aided in cleaning up an estimated 900 pounds of plastic, an overwhelming feat sure to benefit the planet and local ecosystems alike. Paired with their ongoing partnership with PlasticBank, another organization dedicated to the removal of ocean plastic, Aquage demonstrates how a brand with heart can make a monumental impact.
