Dr. Michal Freedhoff is Keynote Speaker at HCPA Mid-Year Meeting

Freedhoff will discuss the implementation of the Pesticide Registration Improvement Act and the agency’s process improvements for the New Chemicals Program.

Dr. Michal Freedhoff, assistant administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Chemical Safety & Pollution Prevention, will address the Household and Commercial Products Association at Impact 2023 at the Joint Federal & State Advisory Council Session Wednesday, May 3 from 2:30-4:30 p.m. 
 
Freedhoff will discuss the implementation of the Pesticide Registration Improvement Act (PRIA), the agency’s process improvements for the New Chemicals Program and other industry issues.
 
Freedhoff also agreed to participate in a roundtable conversation: Women Serving in Executive Positions in the Specialty Chemicals Industry.
 
This is a great opportunity for the female leaders in the industry to engage with Dr. Freedhoff and learn from her about her leadership style, how she is addressing management challenges at the EPA, and how the private and public sectors can attract talent into scientific, regulatory, and legal roles.
