Homeocare Laboratories Recalls Several Topical Creams and Oral Care Products

US FDA Enforcement Report cites cGMP deviations.

Homeocare Laboratories, Inc., Yonkers, NY, has initiated a voluntary recall for several products, including topical creams, ear drops and dental formulations, due to cGMP deviations. Some of the products were distributed by other companies, according a recent US FDA Enforcement Report.

The impacted products include:
• Kanjo Arnica Cream (2 oz. gel and cream NDC# 80551-201-02), manufactured for Acutens, Inc; 921 tottles
• Arnica Cream (2 oz. NDC# 61727-114-02) manufactured for Brazmedics, LLC; 2,376 tottles
• DoloEar (0.50 fl. oz.) distributed by Pharadel LLC; 12,850 tottles
• SnoreStop Naso Spray Bulk liquid distributed by Green Pharma; 200 liters/55 gallon drum
• StellaLife Peppermint Dental Rinse (16 oz. bottles NDC# 69685-103-16); 130,761/16oz tottles
• StellaLife Coconut Dental rinse (16 oz. bottles NDC# 69685-113-16); 16,587 tottles
• StellaLife Dental Spray (1 fl. oz. NDC# 69685-101-02); 40,034 tubes
• StellaLife Dental Gel (1 fl. oz. NDC# 69685-102-02); 38,105 tubes
• StellaLife Dental Gel (1 fl. oz. NDC# 69685-112-01); 33,109 tubes
