For Holiday 2011, Sephora invited Karl Lagerfeld to be the “Designer of the Year.” To celebrate this event, the designer created, as never before, a limited edition makeup and accessories capsule collection for Sephora. With a playful nod to his iconic style of using graphic cuts and photographic prints, the range of accessories designed by Karl Lagerfeld for Sephora affirms his bold attitude, according to the company.

This stylish makeup collection—available in Europe—includes a black and gold nail polish set and a palette of eye shadows in emblematic denim colors to match the indispensable black and gold, perfect for all kinds of outfits! Even a snow globe has been redesigned and undergone a chic transformation to become a decorative object featuring a figure of the designer himself, under a shower of golden snowflakes.

His new fragrance, Karleidoscope, is also available exclusively at Sephora. The base is patchouli fraction orpur, benzoin laos orpur, tonka bean and musk; while the heart is heliotrope, violet and freesia. Packaged in a kaleidoscope-inspired bottle, the fragrance is targeted at 30-something women.
