Libo Zhu Tapped as Director of Global Sourcing at Qosmedix

Qosmedix welcomed Libo Zhu as director of global sourcing.

 

Sari Sternschein, president of Qosmedix, said Zhu’s experience a “huge asset” to the company as it continues to broaden its product portfolio and strengthen its supply chain.”

 

Zhu joins Qosmedix with over 20 years of global sourcing experience in consumer and manufacturing goods. He has held positions with companies such as Drive DeVilbiss and Geneva Watch Group. Most of his previous work focused on supply chain management, supplier relations and supervising international offices. He is experienced in the optimization of supplier bases in China and other Asian countries to improve their overall performance and drive cost savings.

 

In his new role, Zhu will oversee the sourcing/new product development team and lead strategic product planning, development and global sourcing for beauty tools and accessories, stock and custom packaging, as well as wet goods. Zhu will be responsible for delivering a robust new product pipeline, building a strong network of suppliers and providing solutions to custom sourcing projects.
