Living Proof’s Hair Treatment for Volume Contains Microspheres

US Patent No. 11,547,642 B2 (Lauren A. Trahan); Living Proof, Inc., Boston, MA, has patented a hair treatment composition comprising at least one monohydric alcohol having 1 to 6 carbon atoms; hollow, fluid-filled microspheres present at a level of 0.01% to 2.0% by weight of the composition (with a mean particle size of 10 to 40 micron and a density of 0.01 g/cm3 to about 0.6 g/cm3 in the expanded state); at least one polymer fixative, and at least one propellant present at a level of 65% to 85% by weight of the composition. The composition is essentially anhydrous.
