MonoSol, a Kuraray Division, has been named a Best and Brightest Company to Work For in the nation in 2017 by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR). This is the second consecutive year the company has applied for and earned this workplace distinction. The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For award recognizes organizations that represent best practices in human resources and strong commitments to their employees. The winning companies are assessed by an independent research firm based on key measures like compensation, benefits and employee solutions, employee enrichment, engagement, retention and work-life balance. “We are extremely proud to earn NABR’s highest award again, because it affirms that our dedication to creating an outstanding workplace for our employees is making a difference,” said P. Scott Bening, president & CEO, MonoSol LLC. “Our employees are our most important assets and we have made it a priority to provide a safe and enriching environment where everyone can grow, learn and enjoy working at MonoSol. This has been especially important during a time of significant growth.” According to Jennifer Kluge, president and CEO, National Association for Business Resources, national companies realize that their employees are key to business success. “The companies that were selected demonstrated innovative human resource practices,” she explained. “They intentionally keep employee needs at the forefront of their policies. We are very impressed by the commitment that they have demonstrated to their employees.”
