Odacité Names Jessica Chan New VP of Marketing

Previously with Lawless Beauty in the same capacity, Chan will help the company reach its goals to increase retail, DTC, event initiatives and more.

Odacité, a leader in clean beauty, founded by Valerie Grandury, has named industry expert Jessica Chan vice president of marketing.
 
“We are thrilled to have Jessica join the team,” said Grandury. “Odacité has seen huge growth over the last few years and now that Jessica has joined as our VP marketing, we have strategic goals to increase within retail, DTC, community building, and event initiatives.”

Career Spans Position at L’Oreal to Lawless Beauty

Over the course of her 15-year marketing career, Chan has developed a passion and specific expertise in accelerating the growth of founder-led, challenger beauty brands.
 
Chan began her beauty journey at L’Oreal with various roles across brands like L’Oreal Professionnel, Redken, Giorgio Armani, La Roche Posay, and eventually, Clarisonic, where she discovered her love for scaling high-growth indie start-ups. Since then, she has continued to use her global brand management experience in building digital-first brands, such as The Honest Company and MBX (formerly, Memebox, the K-Beauty incubator behind Tik Tok darlings Kaja, Otzi and I Dew Care).
 
Prior to joining Odacite, Jessica consulted founder brands NuFace, Forvr Mood by Jackie Aina, and, most recently, led marketing and brand building strategy as VP Marketing of clean make-up brand Lawless Beauty.
