Romanian firm Interbrands will buy Procter & Gamble Co.’s Wella professional haircare products business in that country, Romanian news agency ActMedia reported Wednesday.

Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed, and the sale is subject to antitrust review, ActMedia said.

Interbrands will also handle distribution for P&G’s Salon Professional products in Romania, according to the story. The products will continue to be sold under their current brand names.

Interbrands Romania, based in Bucharest, is a import, logistics and distribution company. Procter & Gamble, headquartered in Cincinnati, develops, manufactures and markets consumer products and pharmaceuticals.
