Sabinsa Acquires Ayurvedic Brand Nature’s Formulary

Sabinsa – a multi-national health science company known for providing sustainable, “well-researched” ingredients – has acquired the Ayurvedic products brand Nature’s Formulary.

The company’s founder and president, P K Davé, is named CEO of Sabinsa’s Consumer Goods Division.
