Seiwa Kasei Co. launched a new raw material for hair care Promois WS-HSIGPD, its scientific name, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein PG-Propyl Methylsilanediol and Water. 
 
The product is a soy protein derivative with thermal protection called “Soy Heat Guard.”
 
Seiwa Kasei has focused on researching and developing natural-derived hydrolyzed proteins since its founding, succeeding in producing hydrolyzed keratin, collagen, silk, milk, pearl, soy, rice and pea protein and its derivatives for over 60 years.
 
Recently, the demand for plant protein has gone up with the popularity of the natural/botanical concept. With Soy Heat Guard, consumers can preserve the health of their hair given their daily use of heat styling tools such as hair dryers and irons.
