Neutrogena has released three new skincare and makeup innovations to nail summer 2026 makeup trends.

These include shade extensions to Healthy Skin Liquid Makeup, a new precision Micro Liquid Liner and Glass Glow Balm.

Healthy Skin Liquid Makeup

According to Spate’s 2026 Beauty & Wellness Predictions, SPF in makeup has seen a rise in searches (up 30,000 points in popularity). The Neutrogena Healthy Skin Liquid Makeup is now available in 35 shades and formulated with SPF 20 to minimize the look of redness, fine lines and pores, while helping to protect against sunburns and early signs of aging. Infused with pro-vitamin B and antioxidants, the lightweight foundation blurs the look of imperfections and improves the look of skin texture. Healthy Skin Liquid Makeup retails for $17.89 online at Amazon, CVS, Walgreens and Walmart.

Glass Glow Balm

To help beauty enthusiasts achieve a bronzy-pink glow (without the UV damage) Neutrogena has released the Glass Glow Balm. Available in two bronzed shades and two rosy hues, the formula is infused with light-reflecting pearls to deliver a radiant, luminous finish. Perfect for on-the-go touchups, it’s available in four flattering shades for all skin tones – Sunkissed Bronze, Sunlit Sands, Rose Sunset and Natural Glow. Glass Glow Balm retails for $14.49 online at Amazon, CVS, Walgreens and Walmart.

Micro Liquid Eyeliner

To deliver precise, smudge-proof definition with up to 24 hours of wear, Neutrogena Micro Liquid Eyeliner. This high-pigment eyeliner glides on smoothly, perfect for creating subtle definition or dramatic winged eyeliner looks. Formulated without fragrance, parabens and phthalates, this ophthalmologist-tested eyeliner is ideal for everyday use. Micro Liquid Eyeliner retails for $11.99 online at Amazon, CVS, Walgreens and Walmart.
