Ulta Beauty has promoted Kristin Wolf to Chief Strategy & Growth Officer.
The newly elevated role underscores the beauty and wellness retailer’s focus on international expansion and long-term, sustainable growth, officials said.
Wolf will continue to lead corporate strategy, corporate development and new growth initiatives, while expanding her scope to drive value creation and partner across the organization in support of the company’s ongoing integration of AI.
“I’m incredibly excited to step into this role at such a defining moment for Ulta Beauty,” said Wolf. “We have an unmatched opportunity to reimagine beauty and wellness retail, expand our global footprint and position Ulta Beauty for long-term, sustainable growth. I’m energized to build on our strong foundation and help shape our next chapter.”
Since joining Ulta Beauty in 2019, Wolf has led high-impact initiatives shaping the company’s future, including launching Prisma Ventures, a corporate venture capital fund investing in technologies redefining retail; developing and introducing Conscious Beauty at Ulta Beauty, bringing clarity to product choices across key categories like clean ingredients, cruelty-free, vegan, sustainable packaging, and positive impact; establishing the company’s sustainability vision and first science-based targets, among other duties.
Over the last two years, she has played an instrumental role in helping to bring Ulta Beauty Unleashed to life – advancing the development and execution of the company’s strategic vision led by President and CEO Kecia Steelman.
“We are confident that Kristin’s strategic leadership will be integral to unleashing even more possibilities and achieving our vision of being the most loved beauty destination,” said Steelman.
