Topline Enhances Filling and Assembly Capacity at Mexico Plant

• Topline Products has added a number of assembly and filling capabilities to the existing packaging and assembly operations at its 26,000-sq.ft. plant in Reynosa, Mexico.

The capabilities include an automatic filling line for nail pens, blistercarding, a Sollas overwrap machine for prestige fragrances, and a new nail enamel filling capability added in April. The plant also assembles packaged gift sets and provides labeling for any color cosmetics product.

According to the company, the team there will customize a quality plan capable of servicing the strict quality GMP requirements of international brands. SA 8000 compliant, Topline’s Mexico facility also recently passed industry audits by its major customers.

The Topline team in Mexico is supported by the global Topline organization, allowing collaboration with counterparts in the US, Europe and China. A half-mile from the US border and seven miles from McAllen, TX and major transportation networks, the Mexico facility is located in a modern industrial park that is home to many US-based companies. McAllen is also the site of Topline’s warehouse facilities that provide secure storage for components and finished goods, as well as seamless logistics and inventory management.
