Unilever In “Advanced Talks” To Sell Elida Beauty Division

Yellow Wood Partners emerges as the potential buyer.

According to Reuters, Unilever is reportedly in “advanced talks” to sell Elida Beauty to Yellow Wood Partners.

The Boston-based private equity firm signed a definitive agreement earlier this year with Unilever to acquire Suave in North America, as reported by Happi.

Elida’s brands include Pond's, TIGI, Caress, St. Ives and other non-core but well kown beauty and personal care brands such as Q-Tips, Impulse and Brut.
