Ulta Beauty Pilots Luum Precision Lash Service in California Store

Robotic lash extension service is being tested in San Jose.

Beauty-tech venture Luum Precision Lash has launched its first commercial pilot with Ulta Beauty

Available at Ulta's South San Jose store at Village Oaks, Luum's technnology uses robotics and AI to deliver full-set appointments in less than 75 minutes. With Luum's AI technology, the company anticipates applying full sets of extensions appointments in as little as 33 minutes in the near-term.
 
Luum says its technology enables its lash artists to provide personalized lash extensions more comfortably, safely and swiftly than the standard human application process.
