Haircare line promotes growth as well as scalp care.
By: Melissa Meisel
September 3, 2024
It’s a tea tree trio at Scruples for Fall 2024—a triple threat against breakage and damage.
Scruples Haircare, part of the Beauty Elite Group headquartered in Houston, launched a new Tea Tree Collection featuring a Tea Tree Refreshing Shampoo and Conditioner, as well as a Tea Tree Nourishing Oil.
Formulated for both men and women, the key ingredient in this collection is tea tree oil, a natural cleanser that fights off product buildup and dead skin. Product benefits include stimulated hair growth, added shine, improved hair strength, protection from breakage and damage, increased hydration, enriched softness, frizz reduction and better scalp health, according to the company.
“We’ve carefully created these products to bring the fresh, tingly goodness of tea tree oil to your haircare routine,” said Scruples CEO Bahira Shami. “Our team has put so much love into making sure that this collection nourishes your hair, invigorates your senses and makes you feel amazing.”
The star of the line is the Scruples Tea Tree Nourishing Oil. This product is infused with vitamin E and tea tree oil.
“This formula also boasts some other vital ingredients that take your hair care routine to the next level. These ingredients work their magic to provide smoothness, detangling and protection against damage,” said Shami.
The Scruples Tea Tree Refreshing Shampoo also features hydrolyzed wheat protein to stimulate healthy hair growth, enhance shine and reduce damage. Additionally, this new shampoo is formulated with hydrolyzed silk, which strengthens, softens and moisturizes hair while aiding in its repair process.
The Scruples Tea Tree Refreshing Conditioner also has wheat protein, silk protein, olive oil for hydration, mineral oil for elasticity and hydrolyzed hair keratin for damage reduction.
“What I love about the Tea Tree Trio first of all the is that shampoo and conditioner and oil amazingly invigorates the scalp and promotes growth, soothes any scalp irritations, creates a calming to the scalp and hair by closing the cuticle, and creating great shine,” said Scruples Creative Education Director and Celebrity Hair Stylist William Whatley. “Tea tree oil invigorates and creates blood flow, promotes hair growth, cleanses the scalp all without creating damage or disruption to the natural acid mantle of the hair and the scalp.”
