Procter & Gamble Co. will remove phosphates from its autodish detergent tablets in Europe. Specifically, P&G executives promised to remove phosphates in the Fairy brand of dishwasher tablets sold globally by retailers by 2017. The move coincides with new regulations that are to take effect in Europe.
