Princeton Consumer Research Inc (PCR) has appointed Charley M. Folk as president. Throughout his career, Folk has developed strong customer relationships, built talented teams and found innovative ways to grow businesses, according to PCR. He holds a BA in biology from the Thomas More College and an MBA in management from Xavier University.
Folk has been involved in clinical research for over 40 years. His career started with Hill Top Research where he held a number of key positions over the years, ending up as VP & GM in 2007 until he was recruited in 2011 by Radiant Research to develop business contacts for its new consumer unit, working on strategic development for the company. Folk has been charged with the task of growing the North American operations from two sites to four over the next three years and also expanding the current two European sites to four. Joining his executive management team is long time colleague Tati Bates who joined the company several months ago as VP-consumer product testing. Bates also had a double figure tenure at Hill Top Research and is based in St Petersburg, FL.
