Natural skin care brand Hear Me Raw is making some noise with its retail debut in Fred Segal.
The brand, based in Los Angeles, aims to attract “cool, savvy and educated consumers who care about their skin, health and environment,” according to Founder Mike Indursky, former CEO of Burt’s Bees and Bliss.
For the launch, Indursky created limited-edition sustainable packaging in Fred Segal’s signature motif of red, white, blue and black for the brand’s four products: The Brightener, The Detoxifier, The Clarifier and The Moisturizer.
Full-sized products sell for $42; refills—which account for reportedly 40% of overall sales—are $28.
Products in the Pipeline
More products are in the pipeline, according to the band.
Next month, Hear Me Raw will introduce a limited-edition packaging collaboration with QuarterJade, a popular gamer on Twitch. The brand is reportedly producing some 10,000 units, which are anticipated for a quick sell-out.
This fall, the brand will launch its Good Clean Fungi Gentle Scrubbing Cleansing Balm. The gel-like scrub uses four different types of mushroom to hydrate and eliminate excess oil.
