BeautyHealth President and CEO Andrew Stanleick is stepping down.
Stanleick will relinquish his board seat effective Nov. 19, 2023.

I believe deeply in the future opportunity of the professional beauty and aesthetics sector—and I remain an ardent supporter of BeautyHealth,” said Stanleick.

We wish him well in all his future endeavors.”
Stanleick will be replaced be company director, beauty industry veteran Marla Beck as interim CEO until a permanent replacement is tapped, the company announced today. Stanleick will serve in an advisory role with the company through the end of the year.

Beck is the founder and former CEO of Bluemercury, the omnichannel beauty and spa retailer founded in 1999. She brings a track record of building enduring and authentic brands and delivering significant value. She led Bluemercury from inception to a strategic sale to Macy’s in 2015, and continued to lead the company as an independent business unit of Macy’s until 2021. Under Beck’s leadership, Bluemercury’s presence spanned nearly 200 brick and mortar stores, a thriving e-commerce platform, a highly penetrated loyalty program, and private label product brands M-61 Powerful Skincare and Lune+Aster Cosmetics.
