Job Description:
As Account Manager you’ll be a core member of our energetic, clever, super collaborative team. • Effectively communicate company capabilities and services to the customer to set expectations
• Collaborate with sales reps to define product positioning – includes but not limited to creating new product offerings, set arrangements, b-roll filming and web descriptions
• Develop and actively manage an annual operating plan
• Maintain sales volume and product mix by actively engaging the customer for more air time, merchandising opportunities, and new product placement
• Negotiate customer pricing to ensure internal financial goals are met
• Manage product development timelines and interface with the art and operations departments to identify potential issues and ensure timely and successful delivery of product orders
• Responsible for customer communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on deliverables and revenue
• Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations
• Seek out and facilitate marketing initiatives to drive sales and educate consumers
• Analyze item profitability and suggest cost improvement projects when necessary
• Oversee product quality approval with the customer and review production samples
• Forecast, track and communicate unit volume and profit delivered by accounts monthly
• Analyze product sales and report performance to the team
• Ensure client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the COO of any problems that arise
• Draft business contracts when necessary with final approval from legal team
• Review, confirm and communicate new purchase orders and ensure the team follows company protocol to ship in full and on time
