Ahhh, the joys of summer. Tanning. Boating. Playing volleyball on the sandy beach. Fighting the ocean waves. As the adage goes, time flies when you’re having fun, and before consumers know it, they lose track of it, forget to reapply their sunblock (or worse, forgo it all together) and poof — they look like lobsters before they get to enjoy one for dinner.
Unless consumers are keeping track of when they apply their SPF and manage to avoid burning their skin on days when the UV index is highest, sunburns are an inevitable, albeit undesirable, part of summer. Luckily, there’s SunBurnt.
The clean skincare brand specializes in a bevy of after-sun products to cool, calm and treat mildly burned skin in need of TLC. Anne Brolly, senior vice president of product development and marketing at Quest Products, Inc., notes that SunBurnt products help treat minor sunburns.
