Personal care company Skyline Beauty (formerly Silber Equity) is growing for 2024. The Fort Lee, NJ-based firm recently added Alpha Skincare and Pure Brazilian Hair Care its portfolio of beauty brands that also includes Anthony, bioClarity and Shaveworks.
"We're all about bringing innovative beauty brands to stardom while staying true to their core values," said Sol Silberstein, president. “We’re thrilled to unleash these iconic hair care and anti-aging champions to an even wider audience, taking our innovative, clean beauty portfolio to new heights."
Established in 2020, the company first acquired Anthony, a high-end men's skincare brand. Within two years, the partnership witnessed an 40% spike in yearly sales, according to executives.
“The company's success is the golden ticket to reaching new horizons and taking our skincare line to the next level,” noted Tisha Pedrazzini, CEO of Alpha Skincare. “We’re ready to conquer these new heights.”
Pure Brazilian targets frizz, split ends and styling woes. Born from the beauty mecca of Brazil, these professional smoothing products are a game-changer, said Silberstein.
“They provide dazzling shine, stronger cuticles, less breakage and slash styling time with fewer chemicals than other smoothing products,” he said. “Watch hair color pop from the moisture-sealed cuticles.”

A Growing Portfolio
Silberstein ventured into the beauty industry as a distributor. However, he soon identified opportunities in acquiring and managing established beauty brands. In collaboration with Joe Indig, a marketer and executor, they co-founded Silber Equity with the primary goal of acquiring and enhancing beauty brands. According to Silberstein, their mission is to revitalize and elevate these brands within the industry.Established in 2020, the company first acquired Anthony, a high-end men's skincare brand.
