Procedure | |
Prepare phase A and heat to 65°C, maintaining temperature until the solids are completely melted. Add phase B and mix until completely dissolved. One-by-one, add phase C ingredients in order under gentle stirring. Cool to room temperature without stirring. Add phase D and mix with spatula. PROPERTIES (25°C): Appearance (uncolored)—Creamy off-white; Viscosity—2500–3500 mPa•s (20 rpm, Brk, RVDV-E, Sp. 5, after 24 hours at room temperature); pH—5.0–5.5. | |
