Procedure | |
Weight Phase A and mix with normal helix stirring. Weigh and mix Phase B. Pour Phase B into Phase A with normal helix stirring for one hour. Activate the Phase A+B with a strong mixing during 1 min. Weight Phase C. Add Phase C into Phase A+B, stir well. Heat Phase A+B+C to 75°C in bain-marie. Weigh and heat Phase D to 75°C in bain-marie. Weigh and add Phase E to Phase D well before creating the emulsion. Add Phase D +E to the previous phase, stir well with rapid rotor stator stirring (s=1300rpm). Weigh and mix Phase F. Add Phase F to the previous phase at around 45°C, mix well. Weigh and add Phase G, to the previous phase, mix well. Weigh and add Phase H, to the previous phase, mix well. Weigh and add Phase I, to the previous phase, mix well. | |

Appearance: Beige opaque cream; pH: 5.80 ± 0.5; Viscosity: 70.000 cps ± 10% Sp. 93, 2.5rpm, 1 min, 25°C, Brookfield DV-I Prime. Stability: 3 months at 4°C, 25°C, 45°C and 1 month at 50°C. Centrifuge: 10 min. @ 3000rpm and 1 x -80°C/+25°C 24 hours freeze-thaw cycle and autoclave 20 min @ 120°C. | |
