Procedure | |
Disperse Sepimax Zen in water while heating at 80°C. Mix at 300 rpm until complete dispersion. Disperse Eusolex T-2000 in phase A, cover the mixture and mix at 800 rpm. Mix ingredients of phase B separately and add them to A. Mix ingredients of phase C in a separate beaker and heat up to 80°C under stirring. Emulsify C into AB using a homogenizer at 5,000 rpm for 5 minutes. Cool down to 40°C using a paddle stirrer and mix at 500 rpm. Add phase D while mixing at 300 rpm and adjust at pH:7.2. Advancion recommends making a solution of Tris Amino Ultra PC at 20% in water to adjust the pH. | |
