Augustinus Bader To Unveil Pop-Up with Artist Harry Nuriev in the City of Lights

The brand’s first retail collaboration, opening this September, aims to deliver an immersive and innovative retail experience, per organizers.

Skincare leader Augustinus Bader will unveil a pop-up this fall in the City of Lights in collaboration with artist Harry Nuriev.

Opening in September 2024, the pop-up will run until January 2025 and aims to deliver an immersive and innovative retail experience within the existing Augustinus Bader boutique. Nuriev has reimagined the space, taking inspiration from the high technology of the future alongside the architecture and symmetry of the traditional formal garden of the Palais Royal.

“The inspiration for the collaboration came from two things: the high technology of the future and the architecture and symmetry of the traditional formal garden of the Palais Royal,” said Nuriev. “The final design is a true combination of these two elements within one project. I love Palais Royal, and this project was special to me as I could experience the entire historical creative agenda and add my own layer to it.”

Augustinus Bader has become known for collaborating with like-minded visionaries at the intersection of beauty, art, lifestyle and culture which is what brought them to Nuriev, according to brand officials. Based between Paris and New York, Nuriev is the founder of interior architecture and design studio Crosby Studios whose creative practice spans a broad range of immersive experiences and installations.
