The Vitamin Shoppe Adds Testosterone Replacement Therapy via Telehealth Service

Retailer’s Whole Health Rx platform to offer prescription Kyzatrex capsules for men with low-T.

An estimated 20 million American men experience testosterone deficiency, according to The Vitamin Shoppe.

Wellness retailer The Vitamin Shoppe—which plays in vitamins, supplements, beauty and more—is expanding its telehealth service to include testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). The Vitamin Shoppe launched Whole Health Rx in May 2024, with an initial focus on weight loss with GLP-1 agonist medications.

In a new deal with Marius Pharmaceuticals, the platform will provide access to FDA-approved Kyzatrex, an oral prescription medication for adult men who have low or no testosterone due to certain medical conditions.

“Men’s health and testosterone support has been a category of growing interest to our customers,” Lee Wright, CEO of The Vitamin Shoppe, said in a statement.

Wright said the company’s mission is to grow Whole Health Rx into a full-service health solution provider
