The corporation is a subsidiary of Prospect Capital, a private equity firm in New York.

Nails.INC—known in the nail market for its viral collaborations with McDonald’s and Froot Loops, has just announced its acquisition by Pacific World Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Prospect Capital, a prominent private equity firm in New York.
