Future Beauty Brands Taps Heather Wallace as CEO

She brings over 20 years of industry experience to the role.

Future Beauty Brands (FBB), a portfolio company of Yellow Wood Partners, named Heather Wallace as its new chief executive officer.

With over 20 years of experience in global beauty and consumer health, Wallace combines her knowledge of direct skincare, dermatology, hair care and cosmetics with hands-on commercial strategy, operations and marketing expertise, said the Happi Top 50 Company.

Most recently, Wallace served as president, US at Galderma. She also was president of the Americas at Revlon and a region head of Henkel Beauty North America.

Wallace succeeds Rob Keen, who served in the role since January 2026.
