The latest personnel news at subsscription beauty brand Ipsy is that Emine ErSelcuk was named senior vice president of merchandising. Prior to joining the beauty subscription, she was vice president of brand for Morphe, leading two key areas including the continued growth of the omni-channel multi-brand retailer division and the ownership of the emerging new brand development platform. Prior to this, she led the Morphe Global Retail division as vice president of global retail. Previously, ErSelcuk founded Eyelit Beauty a beauty consulting firm where she consulted VMG and Drunk Elephant with their investment. Prior to this, she held roles at leading beauty companies including Kendo Brands, Stella & Dot, The Estee Lauder Companies, Perricone MD and Bare Escentuals Beauty Inc.
