The LA Girl is committed to using its platform to support Los Angeles by sharing essential resources and up-to-date information regarding the wildfires.

Important Resources to Know

– This LA Fire Resource Sheet is packed full with information to assist those affected and those who wish to help heal LA. 
-For Community Services & Disaster Assistance: Dial 2-1-1 for support and recovery resources. 
-For Emergencies: If you are in immediate danger, call 9-1-1. 
-For Power Outages: Report and track updates here or call 1-800-DIAL-DWP (1-800-342-5397). 
-For Recovery Assistance: Apply for aid through FEMA at DisasterAssistance.gov.
– Keep an eye on the Watch Duty app for real-time evacuation updates and a map of evacuation centers. By the way, Watch Duty is a volunteer-run non-profit, so if you’ve found their resources valuable, consider donating!

– Los Feliz Flea will host a special Donation Drop-Off and Volunteer Opportunity event this Saturday, January 18 from 11am-5pm at Vintage Land. The donation drop off will be located on the ground floor of the building. 
– LA Animal Service: Foster a displaced furry friend here.

– Alo Beverly Hills: Alo is partnering with local organizations to distribute 20,000 care kits & provide nourishing meals.
– Find therapists providing pro bono therapy here.
– The LA Girl has received an overwhelming outpouring of support and donations from community members. If you know anyone who has lost everything in the fire and is in need of support, please DM here to get donations in the hands of as many people as possible.
