US Patent No. 11,986,551 B2; Daniel S. Nam and Eugene Kwon of Oakland, CA have patented a method for manufacturing a cannabis laced toothpaste. It entails introducing silicas into a container; forming a mixture by adding an least one essential oil to the silicas; modifying the mixture by adding sodium lauryl sulfate; adding sorbitol to the mixture; adding benzyl alcohol to the mixture; separately heating a combination of glycerin and cannabis until a homogeneous product is formed; adding the glycerin and cannabis product to the mixture to form a composition; adding water to the composition; adding terpenes to the composition; and then composition until the composition hydrates.
