Spence fills the vacancy left by the departure of Eric O’Toole’s earlier this year. O’Toole’s exit came with other staff changes at the maker of Schick and Billie and Edge shave products, Banana Boat and Hawaiian Tropic sun care, Bulldog and Jack Black grooming products, Wet Ones wipes and more brands in the personal care and wellness space.

Spence brings more than two decades of broad commercial and operational experience in the consumer goods industry to the role. She most recently served as president of North America at Suntory Global Spirits.

Little called Spence a “seasoned and accomplished leader with an impressive brand-building and operational background, balanced with a strong track record of driving revenue and profit growth.”
