ESW Beauty Earns Women’s Business Enterprise National Council Certification

ESW Beauty has earned Women’s Business Enterprise National Council certification.

 

The distinction adds accreditation to its list of core values like women empowerment. The certification “validates that a business is at least 51%-owned, controlled, operated and managed by a woman or women,” and it is a gold standard for women-owned business. 

 

Founded by Elina Sofia Wang in 2018, ESW Beauty has focused on promoting women’s empowerment. The company’s core values of inclusivity, transparency and sustainability align with the principles of female entrepreneurship. With around 70% of the team comprising women, ESW Beauty has consistently prioritized gender diversity and inclusivity in the workplace. The brand’s commitment to empowering women goes beyond the company’s workforce.

 

Additionally, the brand has partnered with Women Aware, a local non-profit organization that promotes the safety and self-sufficiency of individuals and families affected by domestic violence in Middlesex County, New Jersey. This month, and in honor of International Women's Day, the brand will be donating self-care kits to the women's shelter.
