As the Love Island collaborations in personal care continue to bear fruit, Herbal Essences has developed a Papaya + Citrus Strength Collection with the hot television show’s Amaya Papaya.
Available at national retailers on June 26, the collection — inclusive of a strengthening shampoo and conditioner built around a bright papaya-and-citrus scent — marks an extension of the brand’s existing partnership with the TV personality.
Dubbed a “vacation in a bottle,” the formula is powered by jojoba seed oil and citrus peel oil. It opens with citrus notes that settle into a warm, sweet and bright scent, according to the brand.
“I absolutely love this collection. It’s tropical, sweet, warm and a little extra – which is exactly my vibe,” said Amaya. “Beyond the scent, these products leave my hair stronger, shinier and healthier after every wash. It’s no secret that Herbal Essences is my go-to for haircare, so this extension of our partnership just made perfect sense… This collab really feels like me in a bottle.”
Papaya + Citrus Strength Shampoo and Conditioner retail for $6.99 each at Walmart and Walmart.com from June 27 through July 30, while supplies last.
